Hello All mv fans!!
As you might have heard, mad_vicar is taking a short break from the studio. I think he was working on too many projects at once and this has resulted in some temporary creative "burn out". AEGRE is looking at lining up some live dates for him to play when he has recharged his batteries a little. Transnistria is probably on the schedule, as he has many friends and fans there, and is always happy playing as many live dates as he can fit in.
The discussions over a ten-year commemorative box-set continue between mad_vicar and AEGRE. As do the talks about the future of mvVIII, which may or may not see the light of day. Eight albums over ten years, along with all the singles and live appearances is a pretty heavy catalogue of work to leave to the world after retiring. We at AEGRE are happy to support whatever works best.
mvVIII is a great album in concept but might be too ambitious to achieve in the time frame available, and with 7 being slated for release soon, is unnecessary pre-retirement. We will keep you informed of course should there be any developments.
Also, watch out for the live dates.
